What a knowledgeable and absolutely friendly staff, they gave us a reasonably large room with great view and great view from balcony, as for instance. The location was beautiful and good for Bend, next to a baseball tournament, Tetherow, and the outdoor activities.

The location of this hotel is ideal! It feels like you’re still close enough to the city but away from the crowds. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with clean and clear paths for use.
The outdated rooms with small TVs and cable cords running down the walls could use some improvement.

I was offered a room with spectacular views of the lake. There was comfy bed, television, a mini refrigerator and a microwave. The location was beautiful and fantastic in a fantastic area, just next door to the restaurant and WorldMark Bend, Seventh Mountain Resort and the mountains and the town.

The room was big, huge with a sleeper sofa, we enjoyed it. The location of the hotel was stunning, out in nature.
The staff - some of them were terrible.

Well, it was a really really nice stay on vacation. The folks were knowledgeable and extraordinarily friendly. The location was great and stunning, for example, Widgi Creek Golf Club was just a short walk away from the hotel. This property was in a very quite area. No complaints whatsoever, the hotel met all requests.

I recently stayed at this resort in Bend for a week and the experience was fantastic. The staff provided exceptional service, with Jamie from the concierge group even calling me beforehand to help plan my activities. The location is perfect, offering a peaceful retreat close to Mt. Bachelor. The grounds are well-maintained, and the resort provides a variety of amenities and activities for all ages. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a fully furnished kitchen for convenience. I had a great time and will definitely return.

Numerous pools, hot tubs, and fire pits. Spacious, clean rooms with stunning views. Well-equipped kitchen made meal prep easy. Friendly staff and fun activities. Ideal retreat for families and outdoor enthusiasts.

The location was beautiful and favourable, not very far from Widgi Creek Golf Club. The staff was efficient, EXCELLENT all the time. I booked well furnished and updated room, that was offered with bathroom and great view, for instance.

The value for our money was excellent, and the room was clean, quiet, and had a beautiful view from the deck. The location was great, with plenty to do in the area, and the staff at the resort were friendly, professional, and very helpful.
The menu for breakfast could be improved with more variety and options.
